Shameeka started cooking at a young age, helping her mother prepare meals for the family. Taste and comfort were always the main ingredients. She continued with her love of cooking as a mother of seven and became a neighborhood stop over for shared plates of good home cooked food. When demand increased, her calling was clear, to share good will and love through her cooking.
